Fig. 4B - this is a b-actin blot.  It is IDENTICAL to a STAT3 loading control used in Figure 2C of PMID 17505005 (Clin Cancer Res. 2007 May 15;13(10):3024-32.).  Something is erased from the top right coner in both images, so we know they're the same.



Fig. 6C - A293, b-actin control for TRADD in left side, is the same as b-actin control for p65 on the right side.  Blot has been flipped horizontally between conditions.



Fig. 5B - b-actin control in TNF and TNF+Escin is the same, flipped horizontally.  There are even vertical shear-lines on this image, so it is impossible to deny they are identical.
